WARRANTIES; DISCLAIMERS All products sold by Seller are manufactured by others, not Seller. SELLER SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO BUYER OR TO THIRD PERSONS UNDER, AND SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY SELLER (other than the warranty that Seller has good title to said products). WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SELLER DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY IT, AND SELLER FURTHER DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS SOLD WILL BE DELIVERED FREE OF THE RIGHTFUL CLAIM OF ANY THIRD PERSON BY WAY OR INFRINGEMENT OR THE LIKE. Upon request, however, Seller shall assign to buyer any warranties Seller receives from the manufacturer of any products sold hereunder. Most of our products are covered under manufacturer's warranties. It is the Customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
